The company was founded in 2002 by Mr. Yogesh Batra (President) as Magnum Strips & Tubes Pvt. Ltd. based in Gurgaon. Since then we have made rapid strides in the two-wheeler and four-wheeler market by establishing ourselves as a premier supplier of mild-steel (carbon steel) and stainless steel tubes manufactured using ERW (Electric Resistance Welding) technology. We also have steel processing (Slitting and CTL) facility.

In 2011, Magnum entered into a Joint Venture with Marubeni-Itochu Steel of Japan under the name of Magnum MI Steel Pvt. Ltd.
